It does not follow just because God knows what he will do in the future in a preordained context that this some how impacts on his omniscience. There is nothing that occurs that is without his knowledge, good or evil, regardless of what creature in the heavens or earth that did the deed."
There must be many of your fellow Abrahamic religious believers scratching their head over your claim that "God is not (dependent nor) reactive to the actions of his creation " ! but that is another question.
If God is omniscient and creation is preordained then there is no need for intervention.
It also means there is no "free" will since you cannot act outside what has been preordained. Any choices you make have already been preordained .. whether you know it or not and therefore are not "freely" made. It would be an illusion.
What would be the point of such a creation ? Especially for the Creator.
Unless God is a fan of Mr Bean and likes surprises.

if you run a red light you are making a decision in a moment of time that God is not constrained by such a dimension. Just because he knew you would break a road rule before you did it does not mean you had no freedom to be a hoon on the road.
But the free will of man is just that a creatures free will.
The scenario in which you paint that free will is an illusion that would be applicable to Molinism.
