Missed the bit about "Funding" ,still when has finance had anything to do with an announcement ;) , Id say they are pushing it uphill Telstra's Next G network is SUPERB , great coverage and great speed , Id hate to be competing with them in the wireless space.
Have a look at the millions unwired has dusted in its rollout to only a few capital cities and here EFT are touting 90% coverage ? I think they need to fill in a few gaps particularly "Technology and Funding".
