    It sure was, the writing was on the wall for some time and many of us, including Merchants got fooled. Last year in one of their newsletters they said the 1PG business model had lots of merit. Now they say the company should never have listed and are trying to make amends for a dud investment. Not a happy tale, after the events that have unfolded, but I am hoping the future can achieve something for all SH.
