Ravi
Firstly, your cost base is not the only relevant measure for value.
McBank is being cheeky, as it has a favorable cost of capital and it knows that CTP does not have the access to the required capital at present to maximize this value.
You need to read the document and when you do, you will find that your arguments that the GSA's were not taken into account are plain and simple wrong. The company also said that at the Sydney briefing.
I asked for any comments as to value, but your arguments are all about your historical cost base.
If you want a discussion, I am happy to oblige. Historically, you just want an argument, which is fine, but I'm not about to engage with YOU on that front, given your history.
Cheers, AL
