DB didnt say tho that previous holders of Santa's toy factory which is now in our hot and greedy hands preferred to take the tax hit on corporate advisor advice so they could focus energies on their mega Moly project IN GREENLAND aimed at 2011+ start-up. Hundreds of millions of bucks capex planned for that.
Crikey Greenland couldnt be any more difficult than Alaska or icey Canada hey? Whats coming outa there these days? Oil, gas, gold, diamonds, base metals and lotsa other stuff ?
Anyway if DB was truly Olympian he would also muse over the longer term issues like , sheesh, what a classic hedge our Ice-Queen is against GLOBAL WARMING (can u feel my grin) ....... and the inevitable PAPER BURN and consequent MONETARY SYSTEM REVAMP most likley (no-grin here, its happening IMO) toward a GOLD (and probably PM basket standard). Might keep him in a job.
But thats something for the fairytale followers amongst us cos we have meet everyone's needs haha. Mine personally is more a near term reality and hence serious wealth creation issue. How many companies big or small are left with such precious metals resources in this world?
I'd be happy if we just saw a START on the 6 MILLION OZS GOLD deposit core in the 16 or so % of the resource tonnage. Previous owners were almost at critical mass on that starter project about 3 years ago before making the hard decision to streamline. Gold was around 420 then and platinum around 800 and palladium sub 300 methinks and CMR around 19c. Check the prices now. (NICE Chairmans message today re CMR hey?)
What a SENSATIONAL CALL OPTION ON GOLD PGM....... and PLATINUM ...... and PALLADIUM ......... who has nigh on 40 million ozs PALLADIUM in their glory box btw? Some of it in Oz as well. Does DB check the TECHNO expectations of PALLADIUM price....... let alone gold gurus' calls of 1650 / oz target next primary wave?
I'm already fastening my seatbelt for that one coming soon (IMO). We have 11 million GOLDen ozs so far at the toy factory, dont we?
Or does DB check on whats happening in the REAL WORLD (CHINA) and their likelihood of cornering the PALLADIUM market in (S/T) years ahead on POLLUTION considerations alone. Think of all them hybrid cars about to emerge on the global scene. Check out how much Pt/Pd each of these requires and cf with global annual production of such PGMs. Seems to me we have another acute shortage situation looming in PGMs (and PGM scrip haha) to rival Uranium looking ahead praise Aphrodite !!!

Reckon the first bit of reality check news and PGM is off toward 50 - 100 mill market cap for starters in its "c" currently in process of forming.
But thats IMBOOC haha.
