1). Agreed. I'm not sure I said that. Apologies if I did.

2). I'm just working off my broker comments. He is trusted by me and has no reason to mislead. I may be wrong, but I don't think that McBank can alter the price of the SoA before the vote. Look out for Plan B.

3). I am happy to discuss values, but understand the reticence. I get about 20 cents, which would mean a 25 cent offer would be over the line. For me, 30 cents would be a stretch.

I do note your view and respect it.

I expect that the vote will be denied, which will fit your thesis. I will be a buyer of stock at 12 cents, post SoA. Let's see how I go.
