Come on Bellyup, to say that Optionco are in it for directors fees is ludicrous. I cannot see a top 20 holder doing this just for fees. With all that skin in the game they would have to have a viable plan going forward, aware of all the debt. Otherwise they would cash in for 20c if they thought a challenge if won would lead to the stock tumbling permanently.
