Tony there will be no legal action. As i understand it the arbitration process takes 12 months and all parties have to abide by the ruling. The Government have finally said sort it so FAR either take it to arbitration where COP will have to appear or they do a deal. WPL will be mighty pssed off I would think. Through no fault of their own a 450 million dollar deal is up in the air. DB
