I've just received a response and have asked for permission to share it.
However the crux of the response was that the 26 May date fell away as one of several amendments to the SFA that was announced on 31 March 2017 below.

I've just reread it myself, and had obviously read it this morning before emailing them, and I guess the words "These amendments include..." infer "but not limited to".
Not a bad outcome for the Company so I wonder where the goal posts have been moved to now. Looks like we'll need to hang in there a bit longer SWC.
