You should AT LEAST try to read the PVD forum before you put your "Foot in your Mouth" as you have always done.
If you did, you would know they did it the "Cheap" way - that is pleading and begging until Freeport relented. They had no choice and no money!!!
Freeport only threw them some bones ($ and equipment) to go away.
There are actually former PVD investors on the FAR forum, go ask them.
Are you suggesting FAR go to beg and plead for some scraps?
Btw, are you still buying the BS about waiting for Gov Approval or Presidential Decree - how is that coming along?
