Guys, havent posted for a long time or shown any interest given the poor state of affairs. I thought it may be worthwhile to do some reading to see if a good deal at this price as a real spreculative stock. one thing that I read was there was a convertiable note issued in January 2007 for $2,500,000 covertiable into shares. based on a discounted shares price of some 0.5c given as has been the case in the past, NWT will need to issue some 500m shares for this note in june/july 2007. Who has this note dont know, but they will want there money so either they will sell at whatever price - unlikely- or alternatively something happens announcements to increase price and volume significantly from them to exit out.
wondering if they are going well ie making a profit and getting contracts, whether they have holding all these announcements for relaease in a concerted effort. Reviewed the last spike in december 2006 when the last big convertiable note was redeemed a lot of buzz, big volume, price rise and big selling by WAM.
At 0.6c a share it could be worth a bet or alternatively not a bet at any price
dont know one way or the other but will keep an eye on it just in case get in and out qickly to make a what could, if december 2006 repeated a good little profit.
