Now, as to the predicted selling, one simple reason will be shorts lining up for FFS-1 failure (effectively a 90% COS)....
Remember the 18% is a GCOS, not economic COS, so pretty good odds,, no?
This amongst the obvious murk and unanswered questions... and, any 'pushing the arbitration button' will be met with further selling imo.. markets hate this tripe!
