There's zero doubt that 500K seller is not genuine. Someone with those funds would be sophisticated enough to know it is not how you sell $500K worth of shares on a stock like EMC.
So suppressing the SP is the tactic. And the reason can only be one of 2:
1) Accumulation
2) Ensure there is no risk to merger and funding by Ronny getting his 85c shares too cheap at the time of the EGM.
