Don't care much about dilution! Everyone's value has been damaged, just needs to stop and reverse the trend. This company is going downhill now. It needs a circuit breaker. The scenario I mentioned is ridiculous but that's how this company is being run.
Whether you were holding 1m shares or 100k, how do you feel seeing your sp go from $1 to 24 cents with no end in sight in its way down?
Why not raise enough funds now and arrest the slide and give shareholders a break if there's a clear path to manufacture/sales/up take?
