Pink floyd, for the record, TK is CEO and MD. BL is EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE AFFAIRS.
Personally I would not criticise any director for selling (or buying) their shares, that is their business.
I am curious to know why you have massive concerns with BL - massive is a big word - is there some other issue of concern to you, apart from him doing what we all do, sell shares when we need or want to?
