Hmmm this is an interesting basket case. There will be 515mil on issue if they kick goals so at current sp the mkt cap would be 20 mil. Equity is to be honest ZERO as I dont count intangibles. In saying that they will only release remaining shares if they hit $10 mil ebitda which would be enormous result.
One observation - in hy report they achieved good balancing ratio between receivables and payables - that might put them in positive operating cash flow area.
Question is how sales are tracking in h2??? No news is good news i suppose. Is h2 better for them than h1?
