Whisky,
SNE and A2 A5 are two separate entities and unless CNE and WPL gets involved with A2 and A5, there cannot be a tie back, or is it possible to share and pay for the use of the platform??
I would have thought that would be more likely under the AMI with CNOOC 70% and FAR 30% and a separate FPSO.
On a different subject, it looks as if most of the buy orders were part of the shorters' as well, else they could no have been pulled so easily.
