imo there is no way known that kpmg haven't completed the financials it is more likely that the financials don't agree with the ier that was done in December last year[ how was that possible] so the ier would now have to be rewritten to fit into the financials, what a joke it's nearly been 1 year now and whoever is now in charge wants the shareholders to vote yes to them!!!! I don't care what they are doing as it's only what was promised to sh for years anyway just way too late.this company will always have a smell to it no matter what cover up is done, come on management pull your fingers out and disclose the truth for once!
