Thanks and yes I have interpreted Cath's comments similarly. On the messy changeover to a new operator .. I have ALWAYS assumed that if FAR succeeded in PE then they would (Have to) onsell a lot of the 35% to a backer (now revealled as CNOOC). I don't think bringing CNOOC in as operator instead of WPL would be a major setback!!
