Absolutely none. ROW projects have nothing at all to do with the completion of the Hainan plant.
KPO are forging ahead in other areas ... i.e collection revenue from legacy projects.
Yep. These two plants will make up 8MW of 'new MW'.

I don't believe the Ormat ORC tech is suitable for Petrochemical plants, which is why Sinopec are very keen to complete the Hainan plant.
