I think you're right, with 80%+ ownership, they control the cashflow and management of the co. So any future direction etc. is up to Hugh.
I could be wrong about the cashflow bit, but from my limited knowledge on the subject, I think after 80%+ ownership, they just take out minority interests after having consolidated the acc's?
