As someone who worked for many years as a journalist my take on the article is that a shareholder spoke to the reporter after the meeting.
I assume the shareholder got in touch with the reporter because of the previous article.
The shareholder may have even taped and replayed some comments from the meeting.
I suspect the story might have been legalled as well with some comments cut out.
Just my take on it.
