Whilst i mostly agree the real confer is if they do not mine this year then we all screwed because of our financing arrangement. But management know this and considering everything else is in place i.e. paper work, approvals and milling ect They will make sure this is mined this year.
Given the large surplus of contractor availability in that part of the world AHK will have no problems arranging contractors imo. In fact something I've been thinking of for a long time that would make a lot of sense would be to utilise the parked up staff and equipment of Cosmo, considering they will basically be doing nothing else so may as well get paid something.
