Ok Tony so let me get this right, the board have seen it fit to payout a share bonus to executives which are linked to shareholders wealth. I'm f#$@ing confused mate, where is the shareholder wealth when we sit at 12month lows or are you assuming future wealth for us all. Either way I'd prefer bonuses were issued on sp performance not potential.
