You have to lodge that notice to prove that you have at least 5% of the total shares on issue in order to be allowed to lodge Sect.24D for the spilling of the Board.

Incorrect. Rest assured that no regulators went after them. Just the current BOD scrutinising the Sect.249D request in every way possible way to see if they could have avoided proceeding with the request. Normal way of doing things.

Let's put it to you in this way........what did the current BOD did over the last 5 or so years besides seeing investors money going down the gurgler, and now telling us that we have to give our shares to MQG for a pittance of what we believe they are worth.??

Are these actual crucial times we are facing and, if so, we were the ones which led us there.??
