He will bail out...he has said all along that he believes the claims that Climate Change is driven by mankind is crap. It is totally unproven and unfounded.
It is a fact that scientists cannot determine how much, if any, change is driven by mankind, or how much, if any, is driven through natural changes in the earth itself.
Besides, the bloke has enough to deal with day to day with the lefties trying to drive him out of office, let alone the shrieking and hysterical "climate change" brigade...
