Maybe I am missing something here but using Neil's figures from above we can process 4.5Mg a year with the current plant which is much more than the 2.4M you say justifies current price........
Plant processes 15000t/month
Average grade of 25g/t recovery
= 15000 x 12 x 25g = 4.5Mg per year
So going by your theory RMS should be valued at a lot more than the current price.
