Even then, appeal needs to have good grounds, there are none.
Further, the weight of evidence against MZN is enormous. MZN had months to prepare for this trial and look how it has reportedly presented and thus far faired -pathetic.
Further, MZN may face ASIC investigation over this, which may be followed by director resignations and possibly voluntary administration.
Finally, Eaton didn't want to touch MZN's case, why should anyone else want to touch it after all this ?!!
