ACL will raise shortly... issue will be price.. allowing for the media reports/speculation that they will want 50m. Unlikely will raise pure, dilution would be huge... others options will be considered...

there will be little deep buying interest until this placement is done.

Bioshares commented at length last week on companies options wrt raising.

other than this the only ones wanting the SP lower are those who would see it taken out... or looking to garner sig stake in a placement at a significant discount to prevailing value.
