Just for all of you that wish to say you've tried to contact the company by phone and they wont take your calls, I really believe you have not tried hard enough or you haven't tried at all!!

I have contacted the company this week and have spoken to management regarding the SPP and related topics to the SPP.

At the time of conversation the SPP was roughly 50-60% filled with indication of continued support from the underwriter.

I did ask the obvious about Mt. York and 3rd party issues and got what I deserved with the response.
Effectively saying, why would we throw money at something where a dispute hasn't been resolved!
Obvious Q, Obvious A but needed to hear the response though!

Enough of said conversation, I am happy to participate as I have previously stated.

I am in for 2 serves of $15,000.
