Grant64, thank you for those posts. The intellect and experience of the world's most experienced ISR practitioner, Glenn Catchpole of Uranerz, suffuses those newsletters.

In the second newsletter that you posted, it's also great to see Doug Casey saying that there is a very happy hunting ground for American u-plays in the shallow and extensive mineralisation such as found in the US Rocky Mountain states, the Southwest (Arizona, New Mexico) and Mighty Texas. I "backed up the truck" in precious metals juniors from October 2002 when gold was $US320/ounce when I came across Doug Casey's sage prognostications, and Doug was an early proponent of the uranium renaissance.

Although I so admire Cameco's pre-eminent position, drilling some 1,200 feet through Athabasca sandstone to get at admittedly staggeringly rich deposits is mind-blowing. I also know that BHP will remove the immense overburden of Olympic Dam to get at a yellowcake motherlode, but 2013 is a long time away.

That's why I like what Glenn Catchpole of Uranerz said of his ISR and satellite RIX plans - it will be a perfectly acceptable Chevrolet and not a Cadillac. If anyone has ever driven in a Chevy Caprice Classic, you will know that it is a very plush ride that keeps up with anything on the interstate. I will get a hybrid Coupe de Ville when I can afford it later!

The tactical stance of early production over motherlode-seeking that Uranerz' Glenn Catchpole has settled on wins for my mind. Doug Casey is saying to place a bet or two here, too. In turn, I really see the most immense tactical value in BLR stitching up an early JV with Uranerz. That linkage prompted me to invest- and hold, hold, hold - in the first place! Hoooeee, the 50% Eagle JV is now JORC-compliant at some 4.7 million lbs. That's a nice bootstrap to early production, even there.

Yairs, back up the immense Chevy Silverado pickup for some promising American u-plays!

Again, my musings, so dyor. I am also biased, as I lived in America from 1973-79 and 1999-2004 and, in other countries where I lived, I went to American schools from K-12. I know of the immense energy with which things can get done there and, compared to the drum-tight labor and plant situation here, there is more flexibility to get things off the ground: basically, increasingly idle housing roofers move anywhere. Disclosure: I am a 3rd generation Qlder on Mum's side, and have lived in Brisbane off and on for several years!

    Best regards, PD
