Sure but the 2.39% holds no value to TMR or to the two 11.40% IBR holders.
The two investors with 11.40% together hold the balance of power so they don't need any of the remaining 2.39% and neither do TMR as it won't help them get over the 90% mark.
That 2.39% is just floating in no mans land. I think you're overestimating the significance of your small holding in IBR.
