I have also read various news reports in which Tony H-C has given 3rd/4th quarter predictions for production. That to me means end of September/October. There is no uncontrollable factors here. AGM is not relying on others - has the labour and the management to get it up and happening asap and the strong motivation to do so. My bet is on end of 3rd quarter/beginning 4th. Unless more phat drilling results come out, nothing much will happen with sp till then.
