Well AGO may be fully valued for its hematite but results for its magnetite resource are due any time now...many are expecting a resource of over 1 billion tonnes of magnetite...this would put AGO at around $4 per share. Downside risk is quite limited with upside a high possibilty of rising 400% short term. Just take a look at the area, the old goldsworthy mine, shay gap deposit, sunrise deposit etc etc, these are massive resources mined for 30 + years. Where are you most likely to find acorns, thats right under an acorn tree. You have been warned...this is gonna be hot boys
Broker Hartleys predicts that an initial resource of around 900Mt of magnetite grading 34% iron would be worth roughly $450 million in "potential market value to Atlas based on recent transactions".
That would be equivalent to more than $3 per share, or roughly four times Atlas' current share price.
