SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION The securities of Reproductive Health Science Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement about a capital raising.
Request for a Voluntary Suspension RHS Limited (‘RHS’ or ‘Company’) (ASX: RHS) requests that its securities be placed in a voluntary suspension, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2. The Company requested a trading halt on 31 May 2017, pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raise. The trading halt was expected to be lifted by no later than commencement of trading on Friday, 2 June 2017, pending release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raise. The capital raise is being finalised today and therefore RHS requests the voluntary suspension to provide the required additional time to finalise the capital raise. RHS requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until an announcement is made by the Company in relation to the capital raise. RHS expects to make an announcement in relation to the capital raise on or before the commencement of trading on Monday, 5 June 2017. RHS is not aware of any reason that a voluntary suspension should not be placed on its securities.
