    1. Not sure what surrogacy has to do with equality ?

    2. As far as I know gays are allowed to adopt in Australia , so that makes them ' equal ' to heteros already . What has that got to do with marriage ? So that would make them equal already in that sense wouldn't it ?

    3. Sex ed . As I have never experienced a sex ed class I can't comment on the contents . Are they more about the reproductive process than the fun part ? I'm sure gay people can figure out sex ed from either the sex ed class or from the internet . I would even argue that heteros would learn more from the internet than from some stuffy awkward teacher .

    4. Do babies who are given up for adoption have a right not to be ? What about that right in the case of hetero parents where someone else caries the baby ? I imagine the same rule would apply .

    5. Government endorsement ? Seeing as gay relationships are recognized by the government in law wouldn't you say it is already ' endorsing ' ( your words ) gay relationships ?

    Not sure what the " positive discrimation " bit means ? Maybe you could describe a scenario ?
