FWIW, I see no reason to be buying before the 14-July escrow release of 68m shares (note that circa. 50m of those are held outside management - so no selling restrictions will apply)
All I see the SP doing is drifting lower for the next 6 wks, day by day, pip by pip, as the last Ann says results are now expected in July.
I'd welcome an argument to say otherwise, but with such a large overhang approaching, it probably explains the lack of buying. (I.E why buy now when you can buy later, lower)
Post 14-July it'll be a different story - after those shares are digested by the market.
Note I am a believer in the stock, story & tech. I think the US results will be nothing short of spectacular & FDA approval will be a "no brainer". However, all this will happen after this imminent escrow release.
So there will probably be a V-Shaped recovery in the SP towards the end of July & sometime in Q3 new all-time highs would not be out of the question.
Just my thoughts
