If it's just the avg cost you want to check against Westpac's, input the transactions in the order they appear on your statement here http://www.onlineconversion.com/adjusted_cost_base.htm
Obviously for tax purposes you choose your own order for buying and selling, most good tax software gives you the option as they arise.
