All stocks have relative risks. Some people prefer to wait for proven revenues and reap small rewards, others prefer to trust their instinct and make judgments on a company's future worth based on their own research, and reap greater rewards.

It's fine to make a comment, but it is clear you haven't researched LUM well enough to make a valuable opinion. I too think LUM may well be fully valued but my opinion is based on more detailed analysis. I know nothing about NRT and therefore choose not to comment on it, probably what you should have done in respect to LUM.
