    And whats say to happen to the AUD?

    Also I have never bought the whole Reuters and other garbage advice of:
    "Gold is highly sensitive to higher rates, which increase the
    opportunity cost of holding non-yielding bullion while boosting
    the dollar, in which it is priced."

    If this is so true why is it that Gold has been in a bear market since 2011 despite global near zero and even negative interest rates? AND why have the last couple of US FED led rate hikes resulted in a new upward trend in gold price? Hmmmmm... personally i don't buy the mainstream fed relationship rhetoric as despite how hard quote above is pushed it has yet to materialise imo. Just to add, historically the best bull runs in gold have actually coincided with rising interest rate environments, on this note i choose to follow history opposed to mainstream media dribble.

    I await the outcome of this next rate hike in due coarse anyway
