They just moved office... what do we need an office for anyway? paper shuffling? KPO are a global business with contractors/internal staff dedicated to building plants on client sites.
Would you feel better if they took a floor at 101 Collins and blew our cash reserves in 2-months?
If you flip to the second last page (17. pg) of the company update you can clearly see it says total projected 37MWe commenced/installed next year.
