This announcement gave us the latest information in relation to Intel and Xped XIP. I have always stressed on the launch of Intel based systems with Xped XIP in Q2 to Q3 2017 as appeared in Xped Presentation. If SH/market chose not to believe or have doubts in what's provided in the Presentation, the Management cannot do anything.

Management has to seek Intel's green light before disclosing the information as in the latest announcement, hence, the Management cannot be blamed for holding it until after EGM. They are bound by the terms of NDA.

I believe the share consolidation was the reason for the recent sell-down. Lets hope the investor will be a good one for Xped. At least, the Board has approved of Bonus Option Issue which I mentioned before, may be a reward and discount to SH.

Its been a stressful and tiring month since the Notice of Meeting was issued. Lets all enjoy and move forward with more juicy news to come. Xped is moving next with Intel to developing Smart Building App. And not forgetting all the Partners/MOUs and the current over 70 validated opportunities.
