The good thing about Trump is he has galvanised the world through his lack of leadership and stupidity on the matter.
Those who want to call it "lefty" conspiracy theories, need to wakeup.. the reason why ALL but 3 countries and 650 OF THE LARGEST COMPANIES IN THE WORLD have spoken out against Trump's decision along with MORE THAN 95% of scientists (these guys go to universities and study sh!t we dont) is because it affects the welfare of future generations and the majority of intelligent people hold to a common belief that we need to "take positive action NOW" to leave the world a better place.
You guys here are more knowleadgeable and intelligent than those people.. give me a break! Your lack of humility is stupendous!
Renewables and battery storage is an extremely fast moving space with advancements compounding in multiples every 12 months. It's makes more economic sense than fossil fuels with out the side-effects of pollution and associated health problems. The long-term payback on capex is much higher and through technology advancement will continue to improve.. will coal or gas.. good luck mounting that argument.
More jobs are created and exist right now in renewables than in coal and gas industries combined, particularly in Western Countries.. this is fact.
Why the hell do some twits continue to argue against it. My only gues is they are just lonely and have no kids or neices/nephews, grandkids to think about and what type of world they will live in. SAD. Hopefully you guys are humble enough in a few years to accept that the change that is happening right now is the right thing for the betterment of the world and its people in general.
