The only thing failing this company is the ineptitude of AL who has somehow hoodwinked the board to think he is a great financial engineer.
The capital raising, Con Note, options, consolidation then bonus options then placement is the failing of this company.
It is reckless capital management and shows even if this company does well as a business the capital management side can fail the good parts.
My fear given its recent history is if they make heaps of money the board will just pay themselves like a Macquarie banker.
It's a board that looks after itself.
It should have cut back its salaries until revenue kicks in
But no they continue to smash shareholders like redundant ATMs
