My top R/R junior explorers for the next 12 months. Let's revisit down the track. A few brief notes on each.

CMT (to be renamed EHR Resources)

Low EV gold explorer in A1 country, with an earn-in deal structure, which keeps the SOI low, while they run initial exploration.

$6.5m cash.
$7m mc at issue price.

As we know, Michael O'Keeffe is the man (Riversdale founder; CIA.ax, Glencore Aust MD, etc). He will become a director and is also #1 shareholder.

Also note the nearology and there seems to be a land grab in the area in recent times from some majors. Of interest is why they are prepared to free-carry Eloro for the first $4m, to earn 25%.

Eloro Resources, the 75% JV partner, is trading closer to $25m mc.

Likely to be future acquisitions, as per prospectus. Should run nicely once the market works out who's behind this.

SPI

Has already 8 bagged off the bottom, without even drilling, so my suggestion is to wait for 6c CR 3B release in June. Around $10-12m mc won't be overly demanding for this John Young/Neil Biddle play. The Alice River gold project is my focus but they have other interesting gold assets too.

ALY

Their soon to be drilled Karonie gold project contains tenements, along strike to the south of BRB's Bombora deposit and along strike to one of SLR's 370k ou resource deposits. NST major holder and participated in recent rights issue. I think you want to be holding this one into drilling, from the current low EV base. Note project requires Native Title approval, so drilling is likely to be around Aug/Sept.



CTM

Blue sky potential in Brazil. The $9m mc gets you nearology to some large gold deposits, with comparable geology and drilling now underway.





AQI

Just above the $15m mc theme but well worth considering. Barrick backed and nicely carried. Has the potential to be a big deposit (3m ou) hence the Barrick interest.

Watch for the 4000m follow-up drilling at Xenopsaris ~July/August and drilling at Ianna in the Sept qtr.
