I hope you can make up your mind, first advocating that it take eons to get international fund and now flip-flopping to the money is not in a CMQ account. Before you made stupid statements that the money has to be in a CMQ account, try to understand what “in escrow” means. The fact remains that IFCA could not produce evidence to the court that it was in a position to finance the deal. And if it takes eons to transfer international funds as Optimix swear by his alleged personal business experience, the NAB rogue trading could not take place! I have no doubt IFCA could have and should have been in a position to prove it could fund the deal – question is why would it want to when it could buy CMQ from the liquidators. The manner the IFCA deal was drafted to resembled the finger-prints of the architect of the infamous Inviro life-time sale contract. Yes, Optimix, the Inviro deal and subsequent Williams’ announcements misled the public on the true sale price.

Optimix your so call “facts & logic” included your brazen lie that DW was not in CMQ when the Inviro life-time sale contract was announced! Short-term memory loss? LOL
