At the weekend I took another quick look at Masters V Cameron and one thing jumped out at me straight away.
In that case a deposit was paid in relation to the agreed terms and that was a sign of the intention to be bound.
Now I remember at the trial Justice Kenneth Martin asking why MZN had not paid anything to KDR, we know the reason why that was, they didn't have anything agreed officially.
