it's normal for dines to recommend HOLD, for he needs to maintain his credibility, as such he will play it 'safe',

i don't think he will be silly enough to recommend BUY considering the current situation of the market,

furthermore, he will not recommend wmt on his list initially if he doesn't see the potential,

his recommendation might change as time goes by and who knows what will happen next, BUY, HOLD, SELL....only time will tell, for Dines himself said that everyone including himslef, can only guess what and how much is hidden under the soil....
