SANP-Vision with its real time video analytics would have detected the vehicles adverse movements (if covered by CCTV) SNAP would know the vehicle movements are not within the 'normal' parameters of general traffic behaviour, SNAP would then highlight the vehicle on screen sending an alert to the authorities. In this case it would not have stopped the attack from happening however it would have given enforcement teams an extra couple of minutes to react which could of saved more lives. Every second in a situation like this is crucial for authorities to gain the upper hand.
