understandable.... but, if they were to go and release news re pellet plant, steel mill, finance or other plant before the first receipt of cash and dispatch people would have laughed at them.... prior to today (being five months overdue for cashflow positive) nobody would have bought into the news flow for future plants and plans when they couldn't deliver or receive payment.... big news flow to come.... they haven't been twiddling their thumbs doing nothing, they just haven't shown their cards IMO...

i mean would you have bought into those announcements? i'm very pro NSL and even i wouldn't expect it to be released prior to today...
